These new locations will mirror the high end service environment of the flagship Sydney office, with a strong emphasis on education led conversations, long term relationships and professionalism at every touchpoint. The Role As a Sales & Client Services Specialist, you will be one of the founding team members in your state, playing a key role in establishing the brand locally. This is a consultative, service led position — not a high pressure, commission driven sales role. Approximately 70% of your time will be face to face with clients and 30% phone based. Key responsibilities include: Conducting structured, consultative in person client meetings Guiding clients through product information, pricing and transaction processes with clarity and confidence Managing inbound phone and email enquiries with professionalism and accuracy Processing financial transactions in strict accordance with company procedures and compliance standards Reconciling payments and ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping Building repeat business through relationship management and proactive follow-up Maintaining discretion and confidentiality when handling high-value client transactions You To be successful in this opportunity, you will ideally have experience in the following areas: Ideally 12 months proven experience in face to face consultative sales or client service or perhaps you are a recent graduate looking for your first commercial role Strong numerical ability and confidence discussing pricing and transaction values Experience handling financial transactions or secure payment processing Clear, confident communicator able to explain financial or technical concepts High attention to detail with strong procedural compliance Background in luxury retail, banking or financial services (highly regarded) Relationship focused, discreet and professional in client facing environments How to Apply This is a rare opportunity to join a respected Australian brand as it establishes its presence in your state.
